Asparagus Fritters
Here is my recipe. I just went online and asked for a fritter batter recipe. It is a cup of flour sifted, teaspoon and a half of baking powder, half a teaspoon of salt.
All dry ingredients must be sifted together.
Two large eggs well beaten, a half a cup of milk. Beat the eggs with the half a cup of milk well. Pour all your dry ingredients into the egg mixture and stir until really smooth. Then you add whatever you want into your fritter batter. Fold all the ingredients into the batter.
Then use a good size tablespoon and drop Into a frypan with canola oil, fry until crispy brown. After frying sit on towel paper to absorb oil. Then put in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes on 350.
(The ingredients I used was diced up ham, asparagus, scallions and a half a cup of pecorino Romano cheese)
